Shipping Information: All purchases are shipped USPS priority mail and will usually arrive at your home within 3 days of shipment.
All orders are special order and are filled as well as shipped within 2-3 days of order receipt. (unless otherwise agreed).
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will gladly accept for exchange any item that fails its intended purpose. Our knobs are gauranteed for 5 years from date of purchase. Please return any damaged or failed knob for an instant replacement.

Will all my knobs look the same? Each knob will be selected specifically for you order-realize that nature did not make any two things alike and your stones will also vary slightly from one another in size, shape and colors.
Can I order long drawer pulls with two stems? Yes you can but only in natural river stone & orthoceras fossil stone.
Can I visit your store? I am afraid not as we are hiding on top of a mountain.
Can your knobs be purchased at brick and mortar stores? Yes, we do sell through brick and motar stores...drop us a line and we will let you know who is currently carrying our wares.
Where do you get your stones? The natural and polished river stones come from either the Clark Fork or Yellowstone rivers in Montana. The semi-precious stones arrive at our shop raw from around the united states and some forign countries.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES- Retailers interested in purchasing our products at a wholesale price will want to contact us via our contact sheet or regular email. Once a wholesale agreement is final we will issue you a special wholesale code which will allow you to purchase any of our knobs at a wholesale price.
